Before you reserve
Booking, payment and cancellation terms
Because this is a small, carefully curated journey, arrangements are made well in advance and places are limited. Please read these terms before reserving your place.
Deposit
A €500 deposit per person is required to secure your place on the journey.
100% of the deposit is refundable for cancellations made 60 or more days before the journey start date.
50% of the deposit is refundable for cancellations made 30–59 days before the journey start date.
The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made 0–29 days before the journey start date.
Remaining balance
The remaining balance is the journey price for your confirmed rate, less the €500 deposit already paid.
The remaining balance is due 30 calendar days before the journey start date.
The remaining balance is never charged automatically. You will receive payment details by email before the due date.
Cancellations made 0–29 days before the journey start date are non-refundable for the remaining balance, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
Minimum group size
The journey is intentionally limited to 5–10 guests to keep the experience personal and intimate.
If we need to cancel the journey because the minimum number of guests has not been reached, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us, or you may choose to transfer your payment to a future journey.
What is not included
International flights, travel insurance, visa-related costs and personal purchases are not included in the journey price.
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance, including cancellation and medical or travel coverage.
Payment security
Deposit payments are completed on Stripe's secure hosted checkout. Card details are never stored on this website.
